We're on the lookout for a passionate and motivated sales representative to champion our esteemed portfolio of Japanese sake brands - Kurosawa, Kenbishi, Hatsumago, and Okunomatsu sake, alongside Kawaba beer, within Pacific International Liquor, Inc., nestled in downtown Los Angeles.
As a prominent figure in the market, we've already established a robust presence in Los Angeles and SoCal, boasting approximately 1,000 existing accounts, including top-tier restaurants and major beverage retailers. Now, as we extend our reach, we're seeking a candidate who shares our dedication to premium Japanese beverages, sustainable production practices, and nurturing meaningful industry relationships.

What you'll do:
Cultivate and secure new accounts through compelling product presentations, effective negotiations, and strategic merchandising initiatives.
Actively participate in weekly sales meetings, offering insights into sales performance and strategic goals.

You bring a proven track record in sales within the beverage industry, ideally with experience in promoting premium products to retail and wholesale accounts.
You're deeply committed to supporting independent producers and craft beverages, finding joy in selling products you genuinely believe in.
You're self-motivated and at ease with travel, eager to engage with retail partners and prospects across diverse locations.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, exhibiting high energy, initiative, and a hands-on approach to delivering results.
Qualifications:
-1-3 years of experience in retail, distribution, or sales, with a preference for a focus on premium or alcoholic beverages.
-Proficiency in lead generation and effectively managing sales pipelines.
-Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of leading engaging pitches and nurturing relationships with retailers of all sizes.
-Strong collaborative spirit, adept communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
-Charismatic personality with a positive attitude and a knack for building client rapport.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
-Knowledge or education in sake and/or beer is beneficial.
-Must possess a valid driver's license and personal transportation for sample and marketing material transportation.
Where you'll be:
Based in Los Angeles, with regular travel across California and potentially other states for business meetings and events.
